Eurostacker

The Simpro Eurostacker is a compact stainless-steel bin stacker, with modular lifting arms designed to suit DIN9797 Eurobins, Flurobins and other common food-grade bins and containers. It is ideal for food-processing applications where ingredient bins need to be moved, stacked, stored in racking or loaded into trucks.

With a reliable electro-hydraulic system, the Eurostacker can lift bins weighing up to 250kg to a maximum height of 2000mm. The monomast structural design keeps weight to a minimum while improving visibility, and the triangular wheel layout ensures full control on any surface. The stacker is less than one metre wide and can turn in its own length, making it ideal for constricted spaces.

As standard, the Eurostacker is produced from 304-grade stainless steel with a polished finish, suitable for hygiene-critical environments. The dual-hand controls and other components are rated to IP56 or higher, allowing the stacker to be safely washed down. If 24/7 operation is required, the standard 12V/55Ah AGM battery can be upgraded to a 24V/20Ah Li-ion battery pack with an offboard charger, suitable for hot-swapping.

Like all Simpro products, the Eurostacker is designed to withstand intensive daily use with little maintenance. It is backed by a two-year factory warranty.
