How does the lifting mechanism work?
A vertical worm-drive mast, rather than the hydraulic ram system used in the Dumpmaster/MegaDumper range a simpler mechanical approach suited to standard Eurobin handling.
Is it food-grade?
Yes, manufactured from bead-blasted 304 stainless steel with certified food-grade welding and componentry.
How are bins secured during tipping?
A quick-hitch retaining system, bins are secured by rolling them into place, no clamping required, and released at the end of the cycle via a foot catch.
How easy is it to clean?
The single-mast design leaves components highly accessible, with stainless steel covers over the mechanism to support washdown and hygienic cleaning.
Options and Accessories
Simpro offers a mobile base unit for the Eurover, which is fitted with four large braked castors and two guard rails for operator safety. The unit is manufactured from 304 stainless steel.
Simpro also offers a complete range of compatible ingredient bins and equipment, such as FoodCap capsules, DIN9797 Eurobins, PE FluroBins, bin scales and wash frames.
