How much floor space does it require?
Under two square metres, and like the Dumpmaster SS, this doesn't change with tipping height, since the bin's weight stays within the machine's footprint throughout the cycle. This is a key differentiator versus belt conveyors or bucket elevators, which need much larger exclusion zones.
How does it compare to a conveyor or bucket elevator for hygiene?
It has no enclosed mechanisms or inaccessible spaces, so it can be fully cleaned and sterilised in under 10 minutes. Conveyors and bucket elevators are typically far slower to strip down and clean to the same standard.
What safety standards does it meet?
Full-height guarding and interlocks to ISO 12100 / AS/NZS 4024 at Cat1/PLc as standard, upgradeable to Cat3/PLd or Cat4/PLe.
Is a compressed-air version available for hazardous environments?
Yes, for volatile or explosive-atmosphere applications.
