These IBCs are an ideal replacement for drums, returnable totes and eight-sided corrugated IBCs.
Carrying up to 1250 litres of liquid, one SpaceKraft Liquids IBC can do the job of up to five drums, sharply reducing the time and labor required for filling, emptying and handling multiple containers.
As a replacement for returnable totes, SpaceKraft eliminates the high cost of maintenance and return transportation. Unlike some eight sided corrugated IBCs, SpaceKraft requires no additional wood or metal parts and can be set up by one person in just one minute.

Voyager™ Liquid Liners – by SpaceKraft®

2" Buttress Dispense - how to install onto SpaceKraft container
The SpeceKraft tote arrives with a 2" buttress threaded dispense outlet. The dispense plug is coloured blue.
Remove the blue 2" plug. You will find a 2" crown cutter tool inside the dispense outlet.
Remove the 2" crown cutter and reinsert it into the dispense outlet with the "teeth" pointing toward the liner membrane.
With the valve in the closed position, begin threading the ball valve assembly into the dispense outlet.
(Note, here a quick connect has been attached to the outlet of the valve.)
Continue threading the ball valve assembly clockwise into the dispense outlet.
As the assembly is threaded into the dispense gland, the nipple will push the crown cutter forward piercing the inner liner membrane.
Continue to tighten the valve until the nipple gasket is compressed against the dispense outlet. The valve handle should finish between the 10:00 - 2:00 position.
Attached desired dispense outlet option.
(Note, here a 2" hose with female quick connect is being used to dispense from the tote.)
Congratulations! You are now ready to dispense. Product flow can be controlled by opening/closing the 2" valve.
